As part of the promotion of the reproductive health of young people and adolescents, UNFPA organized training sessions on sexual and reproductive health and on the structural organization of associations in favor of the A.D.I.R association from August 30 to September 1, 2022, in Tadjoura. This initiative is part of the capacity building of partner associations of the UNFPA Djibouti support program for young people and adolescents on reproductive rights and human rights. Among the associations in the region, the ADIR association of Tadjourah-Obock stood out by mobilizing more than 780 young people during the summer sessions in July. These training courses benefited 24 young members of the ADIR association, from middle and high schools in Tadjourah, to prepare the establishment of health clubs in these establishments and ensure continued promotion of SSRAJ within middle and high schools.
