UNFPA, in partnership with the National Union of Djiboutian Women, organized an awareness campaign on issues related to sexual and reproductive health, particularly FGM, on the occasion of the National Youth Week, 31 July - 14 August. The ‘Rendez-vous des Jeunes campaign aim was to inform and sensitize youth and adolescents to risky behaviors related to their sexual and reproductive health in an entertaining way through posting songs and videos on social networks reaching 780 young people and adolescents, holding entertainment events, and distributing 2000 awareness brochures.
