UNFPA in partnership with ADEPPF, a local association affiliated to IPPF, organized a musical concert with young Men and Boys leaders committed to fight against all forms of violence and promote gender equality.
This celebration is part of the end-of-year closing of activities to promote sexual and reproductive rights through mass awareness-raising to end gender-based violence, in particular FGM.
The concert under the theme of "Equality = Power" was attended by over 650 young people including men also members of the Men and Boys network created by UNFPA.
This event was an opportunity for the National Men and Boys network to make a strong commitment for a significant contribution to ending gender-based violence and promoting gender equality.
