UNFPA and the Ministry of Women celebrated International Women's Day through several activities, including two events that promote the rights of women in prison and psychiatric facilities to dignity. About 50 women received dignity kits and participated in recreational activities. The events received support from the Ministry of Health and the Organization of the National Union of Djiboutian Women and were positively received by civil society organizations and the Government.
