The Government of Djibouti issued Decree No. 2021-191 /PR/ MEFI of 2021, to carry out its Third General Population and Housing Census (RGPH-3). On 26-27 December, the National Institute of Statistics of Djibouti (INSTAD), in collaboration with UNFPA, organized consultative workshops to promote a better understanding and ownership of the census by all stakeholders and to ensure the quality of the data that will be collected.
