Djibouti participated in the Nairobi Summit with a large delegation led by the Minister of Women with parliamentarians, representatives of civil society, and representatives of youth.

Djibouti's participation in Nairobi marked the country's strong commitment to "accelerate the promise" through the uprising of a common voice from policy-makers including parliamentarians, civil society, and young people.

Taking part in the Nairobi Summit was a way for Djibouti to reflect on a perspective of prioritized actions to reach the 3 Zeros based on the Nairobi commitment.

Djibouti endorsed the Nairobi Declaration to achieve the unfinished business with the support of the international community and especially UNFPA.
